Gāday Gāday, I spent the entire weekend in pain. Iāve recently had a flair up of my Plantar Fasicities. Iāve had it before, but this time it feels more severe. My flat feet and stiff big toe doesnāt help at all. Since a kid, Iāve struggled with feet injuries. It derailed my promising footballing career. I woke up on Sunday morning with my foot throbbing.
