I'm upside down right now

G’day, G’day friends!

I’ve become utterly obsessed with mastering the handstand.

Here's what my handstands look like now:

Truthfully, I’ve been practicing the handstand off and on for several years, but I never really committed to a consistent practice.

So my progress has stalled for a few years.

My strength and alignment never got better.

But this year, I made a deal with myself to commit.

I’ve now got a training program and goals that I want to reach over time.

Now, the handstand looks deceptively simple.

All you’re doing is balancing on your hand.

How hard can it be?

Well, let me tell you.

It’s very f*cking hard, my friend.

The simplicity hides all the small nuances required to do a handstand.

But like business, handstands have several hidden components you don’t necessarily appreciate if you aren’t trained in them.

A handstand is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and balance.

The same goes for an expert-led business that wants to sell its B2B offer.

You need to have a perfect balance of delivery, offer, and traffic.

And then leverage one of your resources (time, energy, or money) to solve one of these bottlenecks in your business.

If one of these is imbalanced, you won't hold the handstand, and if one is imbalanced in your business, you won't grow.

Here’s how to tell which one is wobbling:

  • Delivery: clients get results, but you’re drowning in the work.
  • Offer: people like you, but can’t say what you sell.
  • Traffic: you post content, but see no conversions.

For corporate experts going solo, it’s usually the offer.

You can’t fix traffic for something nobody can describe.

Fix your offer, and usually everything else becomes easier.

Not sure which it is?
