1. I worked for years as a government policy consultant.

5. I started to offer my services to said construction companies to complete tenders.
6. I started my one-person consulting business while I had a 9-5 job.
7. I worked on weekends and 5-9pm.
8. When I quit my job, I already had more than $150k+ in contracts secured for 12 months.

That’s it.

I did this at the age of 26.

I later sold that business at 28 and pivoted into sales and marketing consulting for expert-led solopreneurs (what I'm doing now).

But this one act to start while I had a 9-5 job kickstarted everything I do now.
