When you’re a solopreneur there are four big hats you have to wear:

1/ the technician

2/ the strategist

3/ the salesperson

4/ the operator

Ex-corporates are great technicians and operators.

But not so great salespeople and strategist.

You have to be the person that builds, pilots, and sells seats on the rocket, not just the one that can fly it.

That is the biggest thing that ex-corporate solopreneurs struggle with.
