Gāday friends, Iāve had a massive week. Iāve taken 2 flights. Moved through 3 different time zones. Spoke on two panels. Meet a dozen new contacts at a business conference. Explored a new country I've never been to. All within a week. Itās been stimulation overload. I find myself wanting to lock myself in a room and be alone. But despite feeling utterly exhausted, I found a bit of perspective. Whenever I feel stressed, I think:
I would have killed for a life like this at 25 years old. My 25 year old self would be so proud of the person I am today. Even my 80 year old self would be so proud of myself. In old age, I could look back on my life fondly and with no regrets. I did exactly what I said I would do, even when it was hard. These questions gave me a lot of relief. I could just focus on being present where my feet are. Not worried about if Iām ādoing the right thingā. Iām now 18 months into full-time solopreneurship. Business isnāt about feeling motivated 24/7. Itās also not about being productive every hour of the day. Itās about alignment. Doing work your past self dreamed of. Building a future your older self will thank you for. And being present enough to enjoy the journey in between. Solopreneurship gives you that freedom. But it also forces you to confront these questions every single day. Thatās the gift. And thatās the challenge. It can be f*cking annoying haha. But I wouldnāt trade it for the world. See you all next week. Letās Launch Together, Michael āhard questions, filled lifeā Lim. *** P.S - Whenever youāre ready to Launch, here are 3 ways I can help you fire up the rocket ship:
