Gâday Gâday, Iâve been to 4 countries in 4 weeks.
That's 4 flights. 4 new cities. 4 new routines to settle into. The plus side? Lots of durians. But as you can imagine, Iâm quite pooped. Iâve been sleeping for 8+ hours per night and still waking up tired. I thought maybe I was low on testosterone. Or was missing some vital nutrient. I started to look at my diet and nutrition. Maybe I wasnât drinking enough water. I went into a health spiral fixing spiral. For the last few days, I became borderline hypochondriac. Turns out, I just needed to take a break. Surprise, surprise. Once I started to give myself some space, I instantly felt better. Slower mornings. Shorter expectations. Catching up with friends. Prioritize exercise and daily movements. I still wrote everyday and got things done. But I took all the pressure away. As a solopreneur, itâs pretty easy to overcomplicate a problem. You can get trapped in making mountains out of a mole hill. Often, the simple answer is the correct one. Youâre not burnt out, you just need a break. Youâre not failing, youâre just getting data. Youâre revenue is not declining, itâs the natural biz cycle. See a problem for what it really is. Sometimes the best productivity hack isnât another system or supplement. Itâs stepping back to rest. Because when you slow down long enough to breathe, you remember why you even started running in the first place. Letâs Launch Together, Michael âkeep it simple stupidâ Lim. *** P.S - Whenever youâre ready to Launch, here are 3 ways I can help you fire up the rocket ship:
