I was lost AF 🐶

Rewind to 2022.

I was a lost puppy.

But to the outside world, I had everything:

  • Six-figure job.
  • Prestigious 'Director' title.
  • I won numerous industry awards.
  • Bought land and started building a house.

Everything society tells you to get, I got.

But behind closed doors, I felt empty.

I had all the trappings of 'success' but didn't give a sh*t about it.

The clash of internal vs external identity was jarring.

I felt defective.

Like something was wrong with me.

I became desperate.

Looking for answers, I started searching the internet.

"I can't be the only one."

I stumbled upon the online internet world.

People making outrageous money.

Selling products and services online.

Living anywhere in the world with no boss.

I'd found my new vision.

I dipped my toes in the water.

I started writing online.

I taught myself sales and marketing.

My online audience started to grow.

And I did this all while I had my 9-5 job.

3 years later, my life is 100 times better.

  • I've got a 100k+ online audience.
  • I have a multi-six-figure business.
  • I live across 3 to 4 countries as a digital nomad.
  • I get invited to speak on international stages every year.
  • I sold my first one-person business (procurement consultancy).

Don't get me wrong.

This was one of the hardest things I've ever done.

One of the biggest lies I was told was to 'find a niche'.

I literally wasted months of time and effort trying to chase this unicorn.

My advice?

Don't find a niche.

Create the niche, baby.

If you're in a 9-5 job and want to start a one-person business.

BUT you feel lost 'finding your niche' I've got your back.

Next Thursday (1:00pm AEST), I'm hosting a workshop on becoming niche-less.

Here are all the details:

Late last year, my business hit a ceiling. I knew the clients I had weren’t going to get me to the next level. Don't get me wrong, I loved my clients. But in business, you have to do the hard things. What got you here won't get you there. I was working very hard, but earning… just okay. I wanted more than 'just okay'. I knew I could add heaps of value to established businesses. So, I changed one thing: My positioning. I made one simple positioning change: Move from coaching beginners →...

I've been in Bali for 4 days now. I'm loving the co-working space, gyms, and beach. While working out at Body Factory, I had a brainwave. Every country has a position. Not just politically. But every country occupies a space in your mind. When I say France, you think romance, wine, Paris. When I say Japan, you think precision, tech, sushi. When I say Switzerland, you think luxury, banking, mountains. And when I say Bali… You think digital nomad paradise. See the pattern? Great positioning...
