But I created digital assets.

Intellectual property that clients routinely paid six-figures for.

• Reports.

At the time, I didn’t realize the value I was creating.

But after the project was done, the asset sat on a shelf.

It's like buying a house and letting it sit empty.

Obviously, I couldn’t resell the exact thing I created for a client.

That would violate the contract.

But I could copy the:

• Structure.
• Process.
• System.

Repurpose that info into an SOP, template, or guide.

And then sell it to others.

You probably don’t even realize it:

You’re already building assets.

You’re just doing it for your employer’s balance sheet, not your own.

The reports. The frameworks. The decks. The IP.

All of it compounds in value.

Just not in your bank account.

But it’s gathering dust, not dollars.

Develop an asset-first mindset.

Think about how you can create once, and sell forever.

Solve a problem once-off for a client. Sell the solution forever.

That’s the foundation for any great one-person business.

Now I routinely make $50-$100 USD in digital products at 3:01am while I sleep.

Imagine how much an extra $100 USD per day could change your life.

That’s another $3k (ish) a month, or $36,000 per year.

Almost someone’s full time salary or a year of mortgage repayments.

All from something you already made.
