Gâday Gâday mates, In Bali, I was unwell. I had a minor case of Bali Belly. While I love Bali, the food or water can make you sick. While recovering in a prone position in my bed, I binged a season of Ted Lasso. I donât usually watch TV shows. But after the binge session, I couldnât stop thinking of the show. I started to research the characters and the actors. I started to talk like the characters and even think like them. It felt so odd. I almost became a part of the show. I even looked up if it was possible to buy the Richmond AFC jersey. Answer: You can (for a quite a price). By binging, I built a level of trust and intimacy with the characters and the show. I built an identity and sense of belonging to fictional characters. So much so I was willing to part with my hard earned money. But bingeable content is not just related to TV shows with big budgets. As a solopreneur, you can create content that is binge-able. People often tell me that they went into a black hole of my Medium articles. They didnât realized they had been reading my stuff for over an hour. After that, they moved to my Instagram and YouTube content. And binged my video-based content. And then bought one or several of my digital products. Some even entered my high ticket program. They felt like they already âknew meâ after consuming my content. Bingers are buyers. Because thatâs what bingeable content does. It builds trust. Creates intimacy. And turns strangers into super fans at scale and rapid speed. You donât need a TV studio to make that happen. You just need to tell stories worth staying up for. Start creating with sequence in mind, not just frequency. Thatâs how your content becomes the show they canât stop watching. And once they binge you, they start to buy from you. Letâs Launch Together, Michael âbecome bingeableâ Lim. *** P.S - Whenever youâre ready to Launch, here are 3 ways I can help you fire up the rocket ship:
