Gāday Gāday, I spent the entire weekend in pain. Iāve recently had a flair up of my Plantar Fasicities. Iāve had it before, but this time it feels more severe. My flat feet and stiff big toe doesnāt help at all. Since a kid, Iāve struggled with feet injuries. It derailed my promising footballing career. I woke up on Sunday morning with my foot throbbing. I couldnāt put any pressure on my right foot without a shooting pain from my heel. This is some of the worst pain Iāve ever experienced. Waking up in pain is not a nice feeling. Everyday tasks like going to the toilet or walking outside is 100x harder. There isnāt much I can do besides:
When you canāt move freely, you start noticing how much you take basic movement for granted. As solopreneurs, we talk a lot about momentum. But sometimes, momentum isnāt about moving faster. Itās about knowing when to pause, before your body forces you to. Iām learning (again and again) that slowing down doesnāt mean giving up. It means making space for recovery.
